Popis:	Superior semicircular canal dehiscence alters the normal fluid mechanics of the vestibulocochlear system and can be a debilitating condition. This article reviews the current understanding of the bony labyrinthine defect, including symptoms, etiology, surgical approach, as well as preoperative and postoperative imaging pearls.
