It was focused on evaluation of a coconuts raw material supply from the suppliers and also evaluates an order fulfillment to coconut oil from customers. The beginning observation have a twelve variables; Inventory Accuracy of Raw Material, Internal relationship, Planning employee reliability, Time to produce a production, Source fill rate, Mean lateness of delivery, Percentage of correct delivery quantity, Percentage of correct delivery quality, Delivery to Commit Date, Order Fulfillment Lead Time, Make Time, and Response Time. The performance measurement was calculated by internal benchmarking based on company target. Calculation result to all variable shows that the value still under expected target. Hence, the business process improvement method is implemented to repair the overall system that saving time about 120 minutes. An analysis result concludes that coconut oil agro-industry should do improvement in several aspects, as follow; supplier partnership, the accurate of supply report, standardization fulfillment time of order, sales forecast, and sales report system in every period.
