Popis: | The covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy (CMA-ES) is a kind of stochastic optimization such as particle swarm optimization (PSO), and has been shown to have a good performance. However, there are few control applications of the CMA-ES except for only one paper. This paper deals with a PID control problem with constraints on sensitivity and complementary sensitivity functions, and proposes a PID controller tuning method based on the CMA-ES. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with the recently proposed PSO-based method. |
