Popis:	Power sources that have low magnetic signatures have been used in the space program, commercial applications, and by the military for mine warfare systems. In the effort described here Electro Energy, Inc. (EEI) has demonstrated development of a lithium -ion bipolar battery that satisfies the Navy's mine warfare systems requirements. The battery has improved specific energy, cost and cycle li fe over state of the art batteries that have been used for low magnetic signature requirements.
