Information systems and ways of communication with regard to human factor in the face of the challenges posed by modern battlefield

Popis:	The article is an introduction to a project that aims to show how much human error can be in the information process and on the battlefield. The project includes elements such as the development and integration of departmental IT networks, the provision of information security and the operation of cyber operations. The innovative element introduced in the project will explore the impact of the human factor on the communication process and on human error in the socio-cultural context. The survey will cover respondents from the so-called Global South and Global North. An error rate based on cultural determinants will be determined and its influence on the command and control of combat measures using the described communication system.
