This paper presents a comprehensive description, from a security and accessibility perspective, of various security systems and technologies. For everyone who owns or rents a home, home security should be a top concern. Every individual needs a safe and secure residential space. Most of the market’s security systems; however, are either costly or unsafe. Many times there are a number of loopholes present in the security systems and security devices which can be breached easily. The various security automation technologies considered in this review paper include Fiber sensor, Accelerometer, Global Mobile Communication System, Mobile Home Automation Systems, Internet Home Automation Systems. There is a decrease in the price of sensors as we see progress in the technology market, which makes vibration signature identification systems a cheap and effective alternative to the expensive security systems on the market |
