Popis: | Intraperitoneal injection of synthetic derivate of tuftsin in a dose 300 μg/kg to animals exposed to antenatal hypoxia recovers directed attention and processes of learning and normalizes emotional behavior and the balance between the activities of brain monoaminergic systems. The peptide can be used for compensation of behavioral disorders caused by antenatal hypoxia. |
