Popis: | LPG is currently used in all segment including domestic, agriculture and industrial. It is proved as one of the most cost-effective and less polluting fuels for domestic applications. Unfortunately many incidents were reported about LPG application due to not giving suitable attention to safety measures. These accidents may result into loss of property and precious lives. Root causes of many such incidents in domestic applications are due to gas leakage and unattended open regulator when out of home. This paper presents gas leakage detection and alarming mechanism to remote user. Major focus of proposed mechanism is on reliability of detection and alarming. There are many possibilities of failure in such system including controller, sensors, communication network causing unexpected delays and loss of packets. The paper presents reliability analysis and presents mechanism which will work reliably despite of these possible failures. |
