Popis: | This article discusses how public relations can exploit information technology to get critical information from clients and communicate with constituents prior to crises, during crises, and during the aftermath of crises. Information technology here refers to computers plus the telecommunications links that combine them, plus data resources, plus work stations that access them. The article focuses on the information and the information infrastructure that can easily be available to access, save, and communicate information. Fast responses to crises depend on having “just-in-time” information technologies working for public relations. |
