| Popis: | The syntheses of cis- and trans-2-aminocyclopropyl, -cyclobutyl, -cyclopentyl, and -cyclohexylacetic acids as γ-aminobutyric acid analogues of restricted conformation are described. Mass spectral evidence fully supports the stereochemical assignments of the configurational isomers. |
