Popis: In this paper, we consider a design method of integral-type servo systems which achieve minimum M % settling time control under the constraint of the upper bound of the gain crossover frequency. The parameters of the controller are determined by applying particle swarm optimization. The obtained results shows that we can achieve smaller M% settling time than the traditional approach.
