The importance level evaluation of the influencing factors of network information system-of-system linkage is studied in this paper. Firstly, the concept of network information system-of-system and its linkage are proposed, and the influencing factors of network information system-of-system linkage are extracted from the four aspects of physical domain, information domain, cognitive domain and social domain. Then, a method that evaluating the importance coefficient of linkage influencing factors and mapping the importance rank is designed. And the method includes expert group opinion consistency test and selection steps of domain expert subgroup with high authority and consistent opinion which is based on the group decision theory. Lastly, the validity and applicability of the proposed method are illustrated by typical cases. |
