Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка предложений по совершенствованию инструментов реализации молодежной политики в России». Объектом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы является государственная молодёжная политика, реализуемая в Российской Федерации. Цель работы заключается в разработке предложений по совершенствованию инструментов реализации государственной молодёжной политики (ГМП) в России. Для достижения цели были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Анализ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð°ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² и практики реализации ГМП. 2. Выявление ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼ реализации молодежной политики в России. 3. Разработка предложений по решению Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼ в сфере молодёжной политики в России и оценка ожидаемого эффекта от Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы был произведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы молодежной политики в России, систематизирован материал, полученный в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ производственной и преддипломной практики в Комитете по молодежной политике и взаимодействию с общественными организациями Санкт-Петербурга за последние два года, а также результаты ÑÐºÑÐ¿ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð² и консультаций. На основании результатов проведенного анализа были предложены меры по совершенствованию информационного обеспечения молодежной политики и внесению изменений в законодательную базу молодежной политики, реализация ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡Ð¸Ñ‚ эффективное взаимодействие молодежи и органов государственной власти.Â
Topic of the final qualifying work is "Development of proposals to improve instruments for the implementation of state youth policy in Russia". The object of study of the final qualification work is the state youth policy implemented in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to develop proposals for improving the tools for implementing the state youth policy in Russia. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Studying the theoretical aspects and practice implementing the state youth policy. 2. Identification of key problems in the implementation of youth policy in Russia. 3. Development of proposals for solving identified problems in the field of youth policy in Russia and assessing the expected effect from their implementation. During the work, the analysis was made of the regulatory-legal support of youth policy in Russia, systematized the material obtained as part of the production and undergraduate practice in the Committee for Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations of St. Petersburg over the past two years, and the results of expert surveys and consultations. Based on the results of the analysis, measures were proposed to improve the information support of youth policy and introduce changes to the legislative framework of youth policy, the implementation of which will ensure effective interaction between youth and public authorities.Â
