Popis:	The authors report the case of a male patient in whom pulmonary metastasis were diagnosed 25 years ago. Epithelioma metastasis of distal bone of the left foot have been associating for 15 years. None cytotoxic treatment was performed. This case report emphasizes the possible prolonged evolution of pulmonary and bone metastasis of some malignant tumors.
