Popis: | 1. The optimization solutions carried out indicated that the optimum possibilities for steel 23G2SAF may be successfully realized by means of solving the problem of multipurpose optimization. 2. The significant correlation relationships established between mechanical properties determined by steel 23G2SAF quality make it possible to determine by calculation the value of a single mechanical property through another. 3. Analysis of numerous reciprocal correlation coefficients showed that the strength of steel 23G2SAF is a complex index with a large number of cross-correlation relationships with the other mechanical properties determined by ductility δ3, ψ, and impact strenghtan. 4. By means of mathematical models for standard mechanical properties τ0.2, τf, δ3, ψ,an of steel 23G2SAF using their graphical representation with retention of the set of standard requirements, regional constraints are plotted for specific parameters making it possible to adopt different optimization solutions with a change in the main factors Ce and tq. 5. Optimization of mechanical properties τ0.2, τf, δ3, ψ,an for steel 23G2SAF was accomplished under conditions of complex variation for indices affecting its structural state (tn, tq, to, τo) and chemical composition (Ce). |
