The Field Scattered by a Biconical Horn

Popis: The field scattered by a thin biconical antenna is considered. It consists of two terms: one of which is determined by the antenna load current and the other by the short-circuit current. It is shown that the radiation patterns of these field components differ considerably depending on the length of the antenna, while the value of the field depends on the load resistance.
