Popis: With the rapid development of Internet technology and the e-commerce industry, the ability of warehousing and logistics needs to be improved to meet the needs of social development. This paper designs a storage cooperative robot system based on ZigBee, mainly composed of sorting robots and transport robots. The sorting robot is equipped with an RFID card reading module at the end of the five-degree freedom manipulator to realize the identification and grab of goods. STM32 microcontroller is used as the microcontroller’s core; the transportation robot takes AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as the control core, combines photoelectric sensor and servo actuator to realize the transportation of goods. XBee communication module is used as the communication bridge between sorting robot and transportation robot to recognize the cooperative vehicle of storage robot. The operation of the system makes the warehouse logistics system have more efficient cargo handling capacity, which has particular academic value and practical significance.
