Popis: There are many methods for tibial fracture treatment. We report good results with Ender Nailing for treating tibial fractures. We researched 45 legs off 45 patients who were followed up for more than 6 months between January 1989. and October 1994.Regarding the cause of injury, traffic accidents were the most common (46.7%) and the next most common was fast trauma in Workers. There were 34 (75.6%) closed and 11(24.4%) open tibial fractures. The average operating time per fracture was 59 minutes and the estimated blood loss per fracture was less than 20ml. There were no cases of nonunion or infection.According to Anderson's estimation this approach achieved an excellent result in 44.4% and good in 37.8%. Using Edward's classification excelent results were found in 76.9%.
