Popis:	J-chain was isolated from human IgA, SIgA and IgM by three different procedures. The simplest method was precipitation in water. The molecular weights were studied using two species plot analysis of the sedimentation equilibrium data. Two populations of molecules were found. One had a molecular weight of 13,300 to 17,700 and the other 6,400 to 11,500. These data are compared with those obtained by other investigators.
