Popis:	A new chelating ion-exchange resin, pyrididene-chitosan, was synthesized through the reaction of pyridine-2-aldehyde with the free amino groups of chitosan. The pH dependencies and adsorption isotherms in the adsorption of various metal ions on the resin were investigated from 1 mol/1 of aqueous ammonium nitrate solution.
