Popis: When dealing with complex scenes, human cognitive system can get useful information quickly and accurately. This is because that human visual and auditory systems have the important characteristic of selective attention. In order to simulate and realize this feature, much selective attention computational models have been proposed by scholars in the field of computer vision and auditory, which are of great value and significance to artificial intelligence, video compression, speech processing and other fields. This article provides a review of modelling studies of visual and auditory attention. The deficiency of the current research was provided, together with the future research directions.
