For the long-term operation of buildings and structures, their technical control is necessary, due to the influence of various factors, both natural and man-made. This work is aimed at developing ways to control the state of a residential building, by monitoring based on the study of the natural frequencies. The work used seismological data obtained on a ten-story building located in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok, determined the first three vibration modes and their frequencies. The imposition of a monochromatic signal from the operation of a large industrial compressor located a kilometer from the building on one of its natural frequencies was revealed. The possibility of the building entering resonance is estimated. Despite the fact that the resonant oscillations observed in this case are not so significant in amplitude, it is necessary to monitor such influences to prevent possible damage. |
