Popis: | Food is one of the basic human needs. As a basic need, food must be sufficiently available at all times, safe, of good quality, affordable, of various types and nutritious. However, there are several health impacts due to this food, one of which is the incidence of stunting. Stunting describes a long-standing state of malnutrition and takes time for children to develop and recover. This study aims to analyze the relationship between household food security of rice farmers and the incidence of stunting and to analyze the factors that affect household food security of rice farmers and the incidence of stunting in Ongko Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The analysis technique used is the simple Linear Regression and Chi-square test with the help of the SPSS version 23.0 application. The result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between food security and stunting variables, education variables (p-value = 0.033), parenting variables (p-value = 0.042), sanitation variables (p-value = 0.024). |
