In order to satisfy the running requirements of Automated Storage and Retrieval System’s control system with big load, high speed and high accuracy, the design is proposed by adopting PLC and servo motor control. The Ethernet , MELSECNET/H ,CC-LINK and serial communication of Mitsubishi is adopted to satisfy complicated worksite environment, meanwhile the semi-closed loop control and full-closed control is adopted to satisfy the demand of high speed high accuracy smooth running servo control system. The practical application verifies that the system is of high reliability and stability, thus greatly meets the production requirements, and saves considerable labor force. |
