Popis:	Our analysis shows that resistive meters for high resistances do not provide high accuracy and high sensitivity simultaneously. Capacitive and resistive-capacitive meters, especially the meter with the circuit of Fig. 3a, have a better aggregate of properties. Resistive-capacitive two-cycle circuits can provide high accuracy; however, the upper limit of their measurement range is relative low.
