The National Physical Laboratory and Harry Diamond Laboratories have organized and are conducting an international sample exchange of materials to compare near-millimeter-wave (NMMW) characterizations made by different laboratories on exactly the same samples. The materials used comprise a cross section of NMMW properties in order to more completely test the various modes of analysis used.
