Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: Application opportunities of Riverdoc system for companiesâ document flow automation. The purpose of the work â studying the capabilities of this system, identifying its strengths and weaknesses. Tasks of work:-    study of theoretical material-    building business models to compare processes without the use of EDMS and in the case of their use;-    carrying out a comparative analysis of existing solutions;-    carrying out a feasibility study of the implementation project of the Riverdoc system. Work is performed on the basis of Riverdoc electronic document management system. Methods used: classification, comparative analysis, business process modeling, data collection and processing, infographics, methods for evaluating projects effectiveness. Work results:-    study of theoretical material in the field of workflow automation was carried out;-    built process models in BPMN notation;-    criteria for selecting an EDMS for enterprises have been identified;-    comparative analysis of three electronic document management systems was carried out;-    feasibility study of the implementation project of the Riverdoc system was carried out. The practical significance of work is due to the results of automation of the enterprise, where the Riverdoc system was implemented: reduction in the time for processing documents, reducing the burden on company employees, and the ability to control the activities of staff. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined â office work of enterprises. |
