The aim of this paper is to analyse how complicate production-management problems can be formulated, formalized, and solved sensebly in the MCDM-sense. The paper covers three parts: a) the PMP understanding, i.e. to state them as plannings, regulating, synchronizing and coordinating problems of multi-branch and multi-level systems. b) the MCDM conceptual understanding, i.e., to classify various types of MCDM clarifying notably the various conceptual meanings of criteria and decisions c) the MCDAM understanding, i.e., how to match solutions, managers and equipments. |
