Popis: A pilot-scale aerobic membrane bioreactor with capacity of 1.5m3/d was operated to treat urban sewage and controlled automatically by PLC, taking the MBR-8 hollow fiber membrane module made by the Zhejiang Kai Hong Membrane factory. The result indicated that the effluent obtained was stable and excellent, and could reach the requirement of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T18920-2002). MBR technology makes activated sludge process and membrane separation technologies combine, and membrane module replace the secondary sedimentation tank of traditional biological wastewater treatment technology, achieving complete separation of sludge and water through the efficient membrane interception .The membrane cleaning and whole system movement was realized the intellectualized control completely with PLC. The submerged aerobic membrane bioreactor has the technical-economical feasibility of actual reused water project.
