A W-band LNA for Passive millimeter wave imaging Application

Popis: A W-band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for Passive millimeter wave imaging (PMWI) application has been proposed in this paper. The LNA is designed and simulated under OMMIC’s D007IH metamorphic HEMT technology with 70 nm gate length. Simulation results of the four stages LNA show a peak gain of 23.96dB at 93GHz with the noise figure less than 3.1 dB from 84GHz to 96GHz. The input and output return loss is less than −10dB.
