Popis: | The properties of junctions made by growing superconducting Ba 1− x K x BiO 3 (BKBO) epitaxially on superconducting La 1.85 Sr 0.15 CuO 4 (LSCO) epitaxial films depend on the orientation of the La 1.85 Sr 0.15 CuO 4 films. Unusual features in the conductance characteristics of junctions made on (103) and (100) LSCO films are similar to those of BKBO/native barrier/normal-metal tunnel junctions; these junctions; also hav supercurrents. On (001) LSCO films, no supercurrents or gap structure are observed, despite similar junction resistances. |
