Popis: | Agranular, glass ceramic, heat-insulating material and a technology for manufacturing it on the basis of cullet, modified by low-melting and inorganic additives, were developed. The influence of the main physical characteristics of the batch components on the pore-formation process was investigated. The basic parameters influencing the stability of the foaming-up process in the molten glass were determined on the basis of the investigations. An automatic control system for the technological process of firing granular glass ceramic material was developed. |
