The Load Portrait Method for Urban Substation Based on Clustering

Popis: At present, the analysis of electricity consumption characteristics mainly focuses on the profiling method at the user level. Low-voltage substation is also an important dimension of power consumption in the power grid. The load portrait of substation can help the managers to understand the load features of substations in time and accurately, which is pivotal for the data mining of substation load data and the decision-making of various scenarios. In this paper, based on daily power consumption data and real-time load data, a method of extracting labels of load data is proposed and a label system for substations is built. The load portrait of the substation is obtained by cluster analysis based on the generated labels. Finally, the case study based on the data of 19012 substations in Shanghai is conducted, and the labels and load portrait are obtained.
