Popis:	Hypospadias correction is a highly specialised and complex procedure with an associated learning curve. Direct operative experience in this area is therefore often limited for surgical trainees. We present an innovative model that allows surgeons to demonstrate, practise and refine their technical skills. The model can be used to gain an understanding of the principles of hypospadias correction and undertake a range of hypospadias repairs due to its multiplanar design. It is low cost, of high fidelity, and allows training without the use of biological tissue or risk to patients. Level of evidence: Level V, therapeutic study.
