Meshless Local Radial Point Interpolation Method for Electromagnetic Devices Modeling

Popis: In this study, the meshless local radial point interpolation method (LRPIM) is used to model an electromagnetic device. This method is considered to be an interesting alternative to the finite element method and here it is used for evaluating the magnetic field and flux generated by electromagnetic devices—such as actuators. The results are validated by comparing them with those of the finite element method.
