SRVDR Low-Side Active-Clamped Double-Inductor Current-Fed DC/DC Converter Double Closed-Loop Design

Popis: In order to achieve low input current ripple and high voltage gain in DC energy-fed electronic loads, in this paper, a second-ary resonant voltage-doubler rectifier (SRVDR) low-side active clamped dual-inductor current-fed DC-DC converter is proposed. Compared with the active-clamped dual-inductor current-fed DC-DC converter, this converter has high voltage gain, low switching loss and high efficiency. First, this paper analyzes the conditions of the primary-side input current ripple and all the diodes are turned off with zero-current switching (ZCS). Then, according to the small-signal model of the SRVDR low-side ac-tive-clamped dual-inductor current-fed DC-DC converter to the designed the control system of the converter. Finally, a 200W prototype is built and tested and the results are provided, which has a very strong practical value.
