Popis: | A basic difficulty of holographic numerical reconstruction schemes is to extract the real crack size from the reconstructed image; for example, the reconstruction properties of Fresnel t ransforms have been shown under incorrect assumptions. An analytical relationship in terms of a convolution integral is derived for the object geometry a nd its image. The evaluation of synthetic holograms of linear crack models show that the Fresnel approximation is sufficiently valid only for perpendicular incidence on surface parallel cracks |
