Popis: | This survey presents the role of endothelial dysfunction in pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases as predictor of their development. Leading risk factors of endothelial dysfunction and methods of its diagnostics are also shown. Special attention is given to non medicamental correction of endothelial function disorders and its pharmacotherapy with statins, inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), calcium antagonists and other drugs. |
