Popis: | The relative volume variables [ω(H, T)] caused by magnetostrictive strains in alloys of solid solutions of manganese, iron, and cobalt monosilicides are studied over a wide range of magnetic fields and temperatures. The results are discussed within the framework of spin-fluctuation theory. The observed anomalies in ω(H, T) are shown to be linked to the growth and saturation of the amplitude of the spin fluctuations. |
