| Popis: | Our study elucidates the role of E-cadherin (E-cad) in cell invasion during dissemination of transformed cells from the intestine. E-cad is a new component of invasive protrusions resembling invadopodia observed in cancer cells. Notably, E-cad controls the invasiveness of transformed cells by recruiting cortactin to invasive protrusions. |
