Russian Abstract: Статья посвящена роли информационных технологий в развитии экономики знаний. Рассматриваются вопросы внедрения информационных технологий в рамках инновационного развития общества и некоторые проблемы, возникающих в этом процессе. Особо подчеркивается необходимостьподготовки профессиональных специалистов в области ИКТ. Отмечается, что в Азербайджане 2013 год объявлен «Годом ИКТ», что, безусловно, будет способствовать развитию ИКТ республике. English Abstract: The article is devoted to the role of information technology in the development of the knowledge economy. The issues of introducing information technologies in the framework of the innovative development of society and some problems arising in this process are considered. The need to train ICT professionals is emphasized. It is noted that 2013 has been declared the Year of ICT in Azerbaijan, which will certainly contribute to the development of ICT in the republic. |
