Analysis and simulation of filtration ore during the process of ore enrichment

Popis: The article shows how one can carry out simulations of impurity filtration during the ore enrichment process. The morphological analysis processes were discussed to determine the size composition of individual ore components. The types of materials that negatively affect the process are shown and divided into characteristic groups based on different properties. The filtering process was discussed and the results of numerical filtering simulations were shown. Simulations of the filtration process were carried out taking into account various sizes and types of particles. The most important conclusions from the conducted research were indicated.
