Development of IT enhanced services in health care delivery is one of recent trends with proven benefits for increased quality of care and patient support. However, person-centred care (PCC) concept is focused on meeting personal requirements of individuals and establishing joint cooperation with doctors, family members and friends, all aimed on increasing efficiency of the treatment plan. This paper presents novel IT enhanced services for stroke outpatient rehabilitation process; developed by following proven concepts of model-driven development and integration of quantifiable non-functional requirements, thus enabling predictability and optimal treatment planning. |
