Popis:	61 cases attending the Out Patients Department with pain in the ear were treated with Ciloprine with Anaesthetic. 45 had relief of pain and 16 cases had no relief within 1/2 hour. The value of local anaesthetic in ear infection is discussed. The preparation also has an antifungal activity which requires further evaluation.
