Popis:	Orienting movements in space are governed by information from different sensory modalities. Although the sensory signals from the eyes, the ears, or from the body surface are mapped in different reference frames, the neural motor system generates a motor program which is organized within a body-centered coordinate system. This implies that coordinate transformations are a necessary step in the sensorimotor signal processing [11, 19].
