The subject of the graduate qualification work is âDevelopment of an electric drive for a passenger elevator with a lifting capacity of 1000 kgâ.This work is devoted to the development of an electric elevator drive with a load capacity of 1000 kg based on a brushless DC electric motor with a Hall sensor control system. The research set the following goals:1. Analysis of modern types of electric drives used in passenger elevator construction.2. Calculation of the kinematic scheme of the elevator.3. Selection and calculation of electric motor parameters.4. Development of a mathematical model in the Matlab Simulink environment.5. Analysis of the operating modes of the electric drive.In this work, the features of the elevator installation were studied, various electric motors used in elevator drives were considered, basic calculations were made for the selection of elevator equipment such as: electric motor, worm gear, rope pulley and traction ropes, for further modeling of the electric drive in the MatLab Simulink program.Result: a model of an electric elevator drive based on a brushless DC motor with key control of a three-phase inverter using Hall sensors was developed. |
