ÐÑе пÑедложеннÑе меÑопÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ ÑкономиÑеÑки обоÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð¸ имеÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð¶Ð¸ÑелÑнÑй ÑкономиÑеÑкий ÑÑÑекÑ. This work is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the personnel management system and the development of proposals to improve it on the example of LLC GC "CenterPlast"). The tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Study of theoretical aspects of the personnel management system. 2. Study of the effectiveness of the human resources development subsystem. 3. Analysis of the management system in OOO GC "CenterPlast"). 4. Development of recommendations for improving the management system in OOO GC "CenterPlast"). The work was conducted on the basis of OOO GC "CenterPlast"), where the main part of material for the study was collected. Calculations were made to visually show the existing problems in the personnel management system of the enterprise, as well as calculations substantiating the economic efficiency of the proposed measures. The analysis was conducted through empirical research based on the reporting documents of the organization and conducted surveys. As a result of the research the SWOT-analysis and PEST-analysis of the enterprise were presented, the profitability of the enterprise, the personnel system, the system of remuneration of labor, the system of motivation and adaptation of employees were analyzed. Recommendations aimed at improving the personnel system (by introducing a new staff unit), the motivation system (through the introduction of additional motivation), the adaptation system (the introduction of mentoring institute, the development of an online platform) were developed. All proposed measures are economically justified and have a positive economic effect. |
