This document outlines the pre-analysis plan (PAP) for a tailored outreach pilot led by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) to increase enrollment in North Carolina’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children’s (WIC) program. This plan has been written before beginning data collection and analysis. The objective of this plan is to promote scientific research integrity by reducing researcher discretion after experimental outcomes have been realized. |
