Popis: | It has been shown by HPLC, electrophoresis, etc., that, in vitro, the nuclei of neurons of rabbit and cow brains synthesize two glycoproteins (M 25–30 kDa and 10–15 kDa). The influence of some neurotropic compounds on the kinetics of the nuclear protein synthesis has been investigated. New inhibitors of this biosynthesis have been found. |
