The aim of the graduate qualification work is to investigate different lightning systems all over the world, create a strategy for implementing an automated lightning control and minimise all the risks. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: 1. Do a comparative analysis of different street lighting practices. 2. Investigate the current costs of electricity consumption in St. Petersburg and offer a solution. 3. Assess internal and external risks. 4. Develop a set of measures that will allow introducing innovation. Methods: SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, factor analysis in IBM SPSS Statistics, data collection and processing, processing of expert estimates, risk map. The main results of the graduate qualification work: 1. A strategic analysis of different lightning systems was done. 2. The current state of St. Petersburg street lighting was analyzed. 3. Problems with existing outdoor lighting are identified. 4. A strategy, adapted to the identified risks and allowing to reduce the level of power consumption, has been formed. 5. The expected results of key activities of the strategy are highlighted. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing the developed strategy within the framework of the international project "LUCIA" and providing data for reporting to foreign partners. |
